Ingredients
- 1 lb fully cooked smoked sausage, sliced
- 2 bell peppers, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 lb potatoes, cubed
- Italian seasoning, to taste
Steps
- Toss the potatoes with oil, salt and Italian seasoning.
- Cook the potatoes first, as shown in your settings.
- Add sausage, peppers and onion, then finish together.
- Check that the potatoes are fork-tender and the sausage is hot (165°F for leftovers).
- Serve straight from the basket.
Safe temperature
165°F. Use fully cooked smoked sausage; reheat leftovers to 165°F.
