Teriyaki Chicken & Rice (One Pot)
Thighs steamed above rice and veg in one pot, then tossed in a quick homemade teriyaki glaze.
Why it works: The classic teriyaki ratio of equal soy and mirin with half as much sugar, reduced to a glaze, gives glossy salty-sweet chicken with no bottled-sauce gloop.
